Marc Ang’s Published Work
Marc’s “angle” and hot takes have been published hundreds of times in publications all across the country.
From politics and policy to business to pop culture to sports to race issues
Marc’s diverse interests and background have helped him craft a unique generalist perspective informed by many specialities.
Politics and Policy
While Marc’s angle comes from his conservative values, he is a political independent and prefers to tackle issues from a policy perspective. He takes to task both the Democrat and Republican parties, current elections and issues from homelessness to minimum wage to foreign affairs.
Business
Marc is a long time financial advisor and practical realist when it comes to balancing budgets. He has written on varied topics from special needs government funding to 20 year mortgages vs 30 year.
Pop Culture
Marc writes regularly for the Hollywood Times interviewing talented filmmakers and musicians. He has weighed in on the Britney Spears conservatorship battle, Shang-Chi’s American success, modern country music and the rise of Shohei Ohtani in baseball.
Race Issues
Having grown up and lived in so many different locales, Marc’s global perspective shines through, as he is equally at home in “flyover country” as he is with an international crowd in urban areas. Because of this, he has a low tolerance for ignorance and fights against tribalism.
